Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Pivot website at www.pivotapp.uk and the Pivot help centre at help.pivotapp.uk (together, "the sites"). By using the sites you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.

Who we are

The sites are run by Windfall Logistics Limited (WFL, "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 06173302. Our registered office is Windfall House D1, The Courtyard, Alban Park, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 0LA. You can contact us at finance@wfl.co.uk.

The Pivot app is covered separately

These terms do not cover the Pivot app at app.pivotapp.uk. Use of the app is governed by the agreement between WFL and the organisation that holds the Pivot account. If you use the app, ask your organisation or contact us for a copy.

Using the sites

You may use the sites to find out about Pivot and to read help articles. You must not:

• use the sites in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• try to gain access to any part of the sites, or the systems behind them, that is not made available to you;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or attack the sites;
• copy the sites, or any large part of them, by automated means, other than a search engine indexing pages for public search;
• remove or alter any copyright or ownership notice.

Content and accuracy

The content of the sites is general information about Pivot. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete or free of errors, and it may change without notice. The help articles describe how Pivot works at the time they were written. The app may have changed since.

Screenshots and videos on the sites show demo data, not real sales figures from any brand or retailer.

Ownership

The sites and their content, including the Pivot name and logo, text, images and videos, belong to WFL or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not use the content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Retailer names on the sites are the trade marks of their owners. We use them only to say which retailers Pivot works with. No retailer endorses Pivot.

Links

The sites link to other sites, including the Pivot app and sign-in pages. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run. You may link to our pages, provided you do so fairly and without suggesting any connection with or approval by us that does not exist.

No warranty

The sites are provided "as is". We do not promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that they will meet your needs. We may change, suspend or withdraw the sites, or any part of them, at any time.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage that comes from using the sites or relying on their content, including loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, however it arises.

The sites are for business users. If you use them as a consumer, these terms do not affect your rights under consumer law.

Privacy and cookies

How we use personal data is set out in our privacy notice, and what the sites store in your browser is set out on our cookies page.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time by updating this page. The date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using the sites after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
