EPOS dashboard for FMCG brands

Your retail sales data, in one place.

Every retailer reports your sales differently. Pivot collects sales and stock from ten retailers and shows them the same way, so you understand your week without logging in to ten portals.

Sales and stock from ten retailers

Ten portals, ten formats. One dashboard.

Each retailer has its own portal, its own reports and its own week. Pivot does the downloading and lines it all up, so the whole team works from the same numbers.

Demo data

Every retailer, side by side

Units, revenue, rate of sale and stores selling, measured the same way for every retailer you supply.

Your brand only, hosted in the UK

Your team signs in once and sees only your brand's data. It's stored in Microsoft Azure's UK South region.

Collected for you

Pivot fetches each retailer's reports as they're published, and picks up their corrections. Nobody downloads a spreadsheet on Monday morning.

Ask the AI Agent

Ask a question about your sales in plain English and get a written answer with charts and a table, from your brand's data only.

How did Tesco sell over the last 8 weeks?

Revenue rose in most weeks, led by your two best-selling SKUs. Here's the trend by week, and the products that moved most.

See which SKUs genuinely move

Total sales flatter the SKUs in the most stores. Rate of Sale divides each week's sales by the stores that sold or stocked the SKU, so a SKU in 900 stores and one in 90 compare fairly.

For Tesco and Ocado: how much of what the retailer wanted was ordered and delivered, the weeks that fell short, and every product down to depot or fulfilment centre and day.

Set Pivot up the way you work

Pivot remembers how you like to see things, so the pages you check every week are one click away and already set up.

  • Star the pages you use. Star a page in the menu, then switch the menu to Favourites to see only those pages, on any computer you sign in on.
  • Jump straight there. Press ⌘K or Ctrl K, type a page or retailer, and go. The pages you opened last are listed first.
  • Charts that keep your settings. Choose the date range, time frame, measure and chart type, then save. The chart opens that way next time. Reset puts it back.
  • Light or dark. Switch from the top bar whenever you like.
